Thank you for getting me into my first home! I want to give Markeshia Calimee a 10 star/highly recommended review. I can not thank Markeshia enough for everything she has done for me and my family during this journey to homeownership. Markeshia is incredibly knowledgeable about all things related to real estate and she is aware of new or upcoming programs that help first time homebuyers. To start, I did not know much about the process and I was a bit nervous to get started but unlike other realtors I called she made me feel comfortable and she made sure to explain processes or any terms I was unfamiliar with. She went above and beyond to ensure I knew what I was signing or instructions I needed to do. At times this process was complicated and a bit confusing but every time I had a question Markeshia answered her phone. I was able to call morning, afternoon and even late nights when matters were urgent. This was a very important thing to me and a large investment and she treated my journey as if it was her own. She was able to secure my funding, down payment assistance program, and even showed me the house I ended up purchasing and she handled my offer letter and all other task related to the home down to the inspection. Buying a home can be overwhelming but with Markeshia’s consistent and reliable help It was a seamless process and she made it fun! Not to mention she has a lot of connections which makes the process very smooth. Markeshia set up all of my home inspections, gave good recommendations for repairs or other home needs, setup my account for home insurance, and anything else I may have needed. All the tasks she did were thorough and accurate. Anytime I had questions or doubts she advocated for me and reached out to the seller to ensure I got the best deal. My family and I really enjoyed talking with her over the course of this process (and we are a bit sad it's over because we miss the frequent calls and check-ins on the house progress :) ). I can not thank Markeshia enough for the many days and hours she put into this and because of her consistency I can now say I am a first time home buyer and she got me into my dream house as this was the home I really wanted. I literally called her to ask if she can do a viewing of the home I found online and she worked day and night until she finally got me in there. Thank you so very much Markeshia. I don't even know where to begin with this post. Markeisha Calimee is nothing short of AMAZING!!! As a fearful first time home buyer, Ms. Calimee's patience and skill in navigating my procrastination, hesitency, and reluctancy was remarkable! All I can say is Keshia Calimee is nothing short of AMAZING!!!.. I had a difficult set of circumstances and she assisted me with Loving kindness & grace.
